iPRISM™

AI-powered fraud, waste & abuse intelligence for government.

Detect suspicious patterns. Prioritize investigative
leads. Turn complex government data into actionable fraud intelligence

The gap we close

Most organizations don't have an AI idea problem.

They have a prioritization, governance, architecture, adoption, and execution problem. The AI Blueprint is built to close that gap and to be judged on what reaches production

20+

Years of technology leadership

30+

AI and ML initiative experience

Pragmatic, vendor-neutral approach

No roadmap theatre. Decisions are made on architecture, cost, and feasibility not on a preferred product stack.

Strategy, delivery, and execution

Executive-level positioning combined with hands-on architecture, solution design, and implementation oversight.

Designed for regulated environments

Governance, security, and adoption designed for public-sector and regulated constraints from day one.

Responsible AI governance by design

Co-author of an Ethical AI framework for the U.S. government; governance is part of the build, not a postscript.

WHAT WE DELIVER

One integrated path from strategy to production.

01

AI Strategy & Roadmaps

Establish where AI can create value, and in what order. Maturity assessment, use-case prioritization, target architecture, and an implementation roadmap leadership can fund and defend.

  • AI maturity assessment
  • Use-case prioritization
  • Target architecture
  • Multi-year roadmap
02

Pilot to Production

Turn promising prototypes into secure, governed, production-ready solutions with the architecture, delivery oversight, and adoption work that stalled pilots are usually missing.

  • Solution design
  • Secure deployment
  • Delivery oversight
  • Adoption & measurement
03

Responsible AI, Governance & Executive Advisory

Governance frameworks, architecture decisions, AI token economics and cost discipline, plus senior technology advisory for leaders accountable for AI outcomes.

  • Governance frameworks
  • Architecture decisions
  • AI cost optimization
  • CTO-level advisory
OUR ENGAGEMENT APPROACH

From strategic clarity to scalable technology delivery.

01

Discover

An executive conversation to understand the business problem, current AI maturity, constraints, stakeholders, and the outcomes that matter.

02

Design

Assess and prioritize opportunities, then define the strategy, governance, architecture, and roadmap needed to move forward.

03

Build

Lead solution design, support vendor and product decisions, and oversee implementation teams taking a use case from prototype to production.

04

Scale

Drive adoption, measurement, and cost discipline with ongoing executive or CTO-level advisory where it is useful.

Selected work

Work that made an impact in production.

City of Virginia Beach

From 52 use cases to citizen-facing AI

Developed an AI strategy and three-year roadmap covering 52 use cases, then selected priority pilots with implementation subsequently going live and being used by citizens.

Amtrak

Sensor data for safer operations

Led and advised complex enterprise technology, data, and AI initiatives, including ML and operational modernization using sensor data for predictive analytics that increases train safety.
